How often should I get a facial?
For best results, we recommend monthly facials. However, even one can make a noticeable difference depending on your skin’s needs.
Can I get a facial if I have sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Absolutely. We’ll customize your treatment with gentle, non-irritating products and techniques designed specifically for your skin concerns.
Do I need to stop using my skincare before a facial?
We’ll guide you during consultation, but it’s generally good to avoid strong actives (like retinol, AHAs, BHAs) 2–3 days before your facial.
What should I expect after a facial?
Glowy skin! Mild redness may occur (especially with extractions or exfoliation), but it typically fades quickly. We’ll send you home with aftercare tips to maintain your results.
How long does a lash lift and tint last?
Results typically last 6–8 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes, but it’s best to wait 24–48 hours after your appointment. Oil-free formulas are recommended to help your lift last longer.
Do lash lifts damage your natural lashes?
Not when performed by a licensed professional using quality products. We take every step to protect and nourish your natural lashes.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper aftercare and regular fills every 2–3 weeks, your lash extensions can maintain their look beautifully. Without fills, they typically last 4–6 weeks as they shed with your natural lash cycle.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes, but avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara. Use a lash-safe makeup remover and be gentle around the eye area.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a certified lash artist and maintained properly, lash extensions won’t damage your natural lashes.
Can I remove them myself?
No — never attempt to remove extensions at home. Come in for a professional removal to avoid damaging your natural lashes.
Hybrid Brow Stain vs Regular Brow Tint
Regular tint does not contain henna which is why the colour will not stain the skin, providing a much more natural and subtle result. Regular tint doesn’t penetrate as deep into the cortex, whereas Hybrid Stain does, resulting in longer-lasting results.
What's the difference between a hybrid tint and henna tint?
Hybrid tint stains both the skin and hair for a soft, filled-in look — lasts up to 7 days on skin and 4–6 weeks on hair.
Henna tint is more intense, plant-based, and lasts longer on the skin — up to 2 weeks on skin and 6 weeks on hair. Great for fuller, more defined brows.
How long does each type of brow service last?
Tint: ~3–4 weeks; doesn’t tint the skin.
Hybrid Tint: ~7 days on skin, 4–6 weeks on hair.
Henna Tint: ~2 weeks on skin, 6 weeks on hair.
What areas do you wax?
We offer waxing for the lip, chin, cheeks, nose, and full face. If you’re interested in body waxing (like underarms or arms), feel free to ask — additional areas may be available upon request.
Does facial waxing hurt?
There’s some discomfort, but we use high-quality wax and soothing techniques to make it quick and as gentle as possible.
Can I wax if I have sensitive skin or acne?
Yes, but we’ll always assess your skin first. If you’re using retinoids, Accutane, or certain acids, waxing may not be suitable.
What’s the best way to prep for facial waxing?
Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Avoid exfoliating, sun exposure, or active skincare (like AHAs or retinol) 72 hours before your appointment.
