POLICIES
Because great appointments start with clear expectations.
Deposit + Payments
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service.
A card must be on file at all times.
The remaining balance is due after the service is completed.
We accept cash + credit payments (+4% processing fee) through Square App only.
Cancellation & Reschedule
We require 48 hours notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
- Appointments cancelled the day of, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file.
- Any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit their deposit.
- A new booking will require an additional booking fee to re-schedule.
Late Policy
Please inform me if you will be running late — I will still do my best to accommodate you.
Every 5 minutes late will incur a $5 late fee. Your scheduled service time will still be fulfilled as originally scheduled.
Fill Policy
- You must have at least 50% of lash extensions remaining to be considered a fill appointment.
