Shipping Policy
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
All Customs & duties fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
All in store sales are final.
All product orders are non-refundable if opened.
All digital products eBooks & online training courses are non refundable.
Disrupted packaging of the product upon arrival to the customer is not the fault of LL but the fault of the shipping carriers/transit period, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon arrival. LL is willing to provide solutions to broken products, not broken packaging of products since that does not disrupt the use of the actual product. We will also provide a replacement item for up to 2 days after the “delivered” date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
All tweezer/metal products are hand tested and inspected before being shipped out, therefore we are not able to provide refunds but are willing to send you a replacement item for up to 2 days after the “delivered” date. It is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
For unopened products, we will provide a full refund for up to 7 days after delivery date. Refund will be initiated once we receive the package and it is inspected by our shipping department.
Again, it is the customers responsibility to cover the associated costs for shipping and return labels.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Pickup Order Policy
Pickup Window: Customers can pick up their orders during business hours Monday-Friday 5:00-8:00pm EST; Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm. Please notify prior to coordinate a time. We may close on some Holidays please call the business for up-to-date store hours.
Returns and Cancellations: Orders can be canceled or returned within 9-business-days after the date purchased. You cannot receive a credit for pick up orders.
Unclaimed Orders: If an order is not picked up within the 9-business-day period, it becomes non-returnable.
Shipping Option: Unclaimed orders can be shipped to U.S. addresses at a flat rate of $11.99 USD. For international shipping, rates will be calculated upon request.
Adhesive Products: Please note that adhesives cannot be exchanged for new products if not picked up within their shelf life, typically 3 months from the purchase date.

Return & Refund Policy

At The Beauty Anex, we want you to feel confident in your purchases and experiences with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our practices.
1. Product Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused retail products within [9] days of delivery. To qualify:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must not be used or tampered with
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
❗ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened skincare or beauty products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or promotional items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- eBooks
2. Refunds (Product Purchases)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If rejected (due to use or damage), we may not offer a refund or may issue store credit at our discretion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They will need to dispute with the shipping courier service that was used.
Once a product is shipped out and noted “delivered” we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions or concerns. You may check the status of your order through the confirmation email you received upon placing an order at our store. We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.

Shipping times: Most orders will take about 5-7 business (Monday-Friday) days to arrive upon shipping. Please be patient as we, Lanna Lashes, can not speed up shipping times with postal services and can only confirm the information via the tracking number sent to you.
3. Service Refunds (Appointments)
We do not offer refunds for completed services. However:
- If you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us within [24-48 hours] and we will do our best to make it right (rescheduling, etc.).
- Missed/No-show appointments or late cancellations (outside our stated policy) are typically non-refundable.
Please review our appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy when booking.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or sent in error.

5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions (do not ship without approval)
6. Shipping for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns.
